Well that was a scorcher. For 17 years now, Warped Tour has brought musicians and music enthusiasts together to create an experience that keeps both parties coming back for more. And it’s not hard to see why. As the Vans Warped Tour rolled through South Florida on Sunday, it wasn’t just the heat that brought intensity to the Cruzan Amphitheater in West Palm Beach.
With almost 80 different artists performing on seven stages, the 2012 edition of the touring festival’s line-up had something for each aural fancy, covering practically every genre from rock to reggae. For some, Warped Tour is about the music and the experience; for others it’s about tradition. But regardless of the reasoning behind attendance, thousands of fans continue to make the drive to join the bands, vendors, sponsors and organizations year after year. And together, they all celebrate the spirit of summer and the music that makes every day seem a little brighter.
Check back tomorrow to see our galleries featuring Taking Back Sunday, We the Kings, Breathe Carolina, All Time Low, Mayday Parade, Yellowcard and Streetlight Manifesto.
