Six Years Later, he produced for Silk Tymes Leather, best known for the single “The Woman In ME”. In addition to starting So So Def Productions, JD also signed Whodini in 1996, as they released the LP “Six”. Overall, JD is an important figure in the music industry, as well as a hip hop innovator.
