On Wednesday, FIU Divers faced FAU in Coral Springs and took first place in all three events. For the Panthers, sophomore diver Mandy Song took first place in both one meter diving and three meter diving.
Both schools faced each other again on Saturday for swimming events, and FIU did not hold back. Out of all 17 events, the Panthers took first place in all of them.
Some of the Panthers notable wins were in the 200 Yard Medley Relay, 1000 Yard Freestyle, and 200 Yard Freestyle. They also took first, second and third in the 100 Yard Backstroke.
Up next for the Panthers is a Diving Invitational at Coral Springs on February 8th at 10:45 am against the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles, FAU, and the Miami Hurricanes.
