Among the many organizations present, the Bacardi Center of Excellence and its Bartender’s Guild were crowd favorites. Mitchell Meredith, the program manager of the Bacardi Center of Excellence, shared his thoughts on the event’s significance.
“We are absolutely honored to be a part of the Uncaging event at FIU,” said Meredith, “It’s a testament to the talent of our students, and not only a way to connect and have fun in our own community, but to teach them the art of beverages and the education surrounding it.”
The liveliness of the event shifted to the main attractions, including carnival swings, a zipline, bungee jumping, and much more. Attendees enjoyed not only the thrill of these activities but also live music that kept the energy high.
