Dozens of students came out to protest the ongoing Israel-Hamas War, which has been ongoing since October 7th of last year when Hamas attacked Israel, killing 1,200 Israelis and taking hundreds more hostage. Exactly one year later, the war has has seen over 40,000 Palestinians dead and large portions of Gaza destroyed by fighting and bombs, prompting Students for Justice in Palestine to organize a rally around the Palestinian cause.
