Throughout the week, LGBTQA Initiatives will be hosting events to raise awareness on transgender issues starting with a tabling event on Monday, Nov. 14 and ending with a remembrance day on Friday, Nov. 18.
As President Barack Obama’s term is reaching its end, he’s taking the time to campaign for Hillary Clinton. On Thursday, Nov. 3 the president paid a visit to the University’s Modesto Maidique Campus.

The Global First Year program welcomed over 98 new students, representing 25 countries across the globe, at the University for fall 2016. Global First Year was created to welcome international students and help them adapt to the University’s system, surroundings and lifestyles; all during their first year of transition.
