After almost two years of finding a possible listening device in the Graham Center’s Serenity Room, the Muslim Student Association asked the University Police to analyze the bugging device in a forensic lab.
The MSA is asking for the listening device that was found in GC’s Serenity Room back from FIU Police after a year-long investigation has yielded no results.
The Muslim Student Association still doesn’t know who put a listening device in the carpet of a Graham Center room they use for prayer over a year ago. It released a statement on its Facebook page on March 11 to bring attention to the ongoing investigation.
In mid-August, the Panthers were named favorites to win The Sun Belt Conference again in the preseason coaches poll. The next day, they made a statement that backed up the poll, shutting out Stetson 4-0 on Aug. 17 in front of 500 fans who braved the rain. Once the Panthers took the field, they never looked back.
