As April 12 rolled around there was little anticipation around campus for the annual UpRoar event held by FIU’s Student Programming Council.
“I’m biased but I think we always need music in the world and that art is really important. Getting the chance to say something you can’t say with words is invaluable and so, I feel that way about our whole series.”
