EnergyPod available at Hubert Library for naps

As part of a grant from student tech fees, FIU's Glenn Hubert Library installed an EnergyPod by Metronaps in October 2017. After noticing impromptu naps in the library, they wanted to develop a space to rest comfortably and efficiently with a little help from technology.

Businesses, library offer reduced hours before summer term

In the two weeks prior to summer term, some dining options will remain closed at both campuses. However, some food options, as well as businesses and the library, will remain open with reduced hours of operation.

200 new parking spaces to ease congestion at BBC

Additional parking spaces will be available at BBC by this summer to replace the spaces lost to construction in Lot 1 near the Glenn Hubert Library. The lot will be located in the field east of Academic Two and will provide 200 spaces containing metered, administrative and student parking.
