Abortion display done in poor taste, misleading

When I received an email regarding the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform’s so-called “Genocide Awareness Project” making an appearance on campus, I thought the name said it all: a genocide awareness project.

Abortion display, while graphic, within its rights

The sun shines on the bright orange warning sign and I stop to read it on my way to the Graham Center from the Blue Garage. “Warning,” it says in all capital letters, “Disturbing Images Ahead.” Next to this sign is another one with an 800 phone number and the words, “Confidential Post-Abortion Help Line.”

University visited by controversial exhibit

With an exhibit comparing abortion to genocide, the Genocide Awareness Project aimed to spark debate and influence students through an interactive photomural presentation.
