More and more people are attending college, but due to the many emotional, financial, and personal stresses, psychological distress has increased, and today’s students lack the coping skills to succeed independently.

Lisa Lewis Arango said that group therapy is a way to treat addictions, eating disorders and chronic mental illness. Group counseling sessions by Counseling & Psychological Services are held every day.
