Women Who Lead conference connects women to role models

Almost 100 years have passed since women were given the right to vote, and though we have risen above the anchoring images of a housewife and stay-at-home mother, the glass ceiling hovering above the workplace has yet to disappear.

Students come together for 9/11 Day of Service

While Saturday mornings may be used for sleeping in, some students use the early hours to try to make an impact in their community. This Saturday, September 10, student volunteers will be giving back to Biscayne Bay Campus on the University’s 9-11 Day of Service sponsored by the Center for Leadership & Service.

Getting involved to be showcased

Niches are found, not made. On Aug. 29, Campus Life and Student Organization Council will co-sponsor the Involvement Fair and SOC Club Fair, designed to inform the 7000 students enrolled at Biscayne Bay Campus about educational and social options that go beyond work and class.
