Frat member participates in bike ride for a good cause

When you hear the term “frat boy,” a lot of stereotypes come to mind. But Javier Sevilla, junior biomedical engineering major and Pi Kappa Phi member, has sought to change that perception through his involvement in his fraternity. Pi Kappa Phi gave Sevilla a chance to ride his bike across the country last summer going through 13 states and over 50 cities, and all for a very good cause. Journey of Hope, as the bike ride was called, is one of three events that an organization by the name of Push America organizes.

Craig Romney, the youngest of Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney’s five sons, spoke at the College of Law today to members of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity and Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.


Phi Mu defeats Sigma Kappa with a lone safety

Behind a noisy crowd, Phi Mu took advantage of the miscues and penalties that plagued Sigma Kappa throughout the whole night, defeating them 2-0 on Sept. 19. Alpha Omicron tied Boss 12-12.
