Turmoil between U.S. and Venezuela explored on-campus

The Latin American and Caribbean Center will sponsor an event on Sept. 26 at 6 p.m. titled “Damaged Beyond Repair? U.S.–Venezuela Relations” at the College of Business, Room 232, South Campus. Students attending this event will get the opportunity to hear the words of Patrick Duddy, former U.S. Ambassador to Venezuela.


After big win, Golden Panthers shift focus to Knights

The first practice after the biggest win in FIU regular season history got cut short due to lightening. No, it was not the streaks of T.Y Hilton who won the Sun Belt offensive player of the week for the second straight time this year and the Walter Camp offensive player of the week award, it was the inclimate weather often seen in Miami around noon.
